For A Beautiful Web

Terms and conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Stuff and Nonsense Ltd. will allow you to attend an event (”the event”).

Attendance Fees

All attendance fees become payable at the time your booking for the event is made. If this fee remains unpaid at the time of the event, you may be denied entry to the event, with no reduction in your liability to pay the fee.

Transfers, cancellations and refunds

If you have registered for an event and are then unable to attend, you may nominate another person to attend in your place, provided you inform us of this change no later than two days before the event you are registered for. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be sent to the new person.

If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to no later than two weeks before the event you are scheduled to attend. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your attendance fee minus a £100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of an event, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will be responsible for the full attendance fee.

If your event is cancelled, Stuff and Nonsense Ltd. will fully refund your attendance fee with no penalties or other reductions. Any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, cannot be paid by Stuff and Nonsense Ltd. and are your responsiblity.

Changes to content, postponement or cancellation

Stuff and Nonsense Ltd. is entitled to alter the times, dates, itineraries or speakers of an event by notice to you at any time. We are also entitled to cancel an event, or terminate this agreement, by notice to you at any time and we will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from any changes to content, postponement, cancellation or termination of this agreement.
